Reports have it that the Top Nollywood actor,Charles Warren complained of severe chest pain and after been rushed to the hospital,he was confirmed dead.

The first Nollywood Movie by Charles Warren was titled "Mark Of The Beast" in which Majek Fashek was featured in 2001.
