The upcoming celebrity family man,Simon Dale based in Wales,UK.His hobby in been self-sustainable and ecological awareness led him to the building of his own fairly tale home with just $4,000.
I bet Kim K would nuy that house for $4,000,000!
The upcoming celebrity's fairly tale house was built from wood,stone,straw and sod roof.It is heated with a wood fireplace and it has a solar panel for power supply.
Genius!!!
The materials were scavenged from refurbished appliances.

The land used in the building was an obtained plot of land,the plot of land used for the fairly tale house is a bit large.
Funny enough,Simon did not have any training in building and related stuff.
The only modern tool used to build the fairly tale house was a chain saw which Simon Dale used to cut down 30 small trees.
Naturally Fun!
Simon Dale focused on tools like chisel,shovel and hammer.
Guess What?!
It's took The upcoming celebrity only four month to build the house.
