The Ghanian midfielder has finally secured and sealed a one and a half years football transfer deal from Chelsea to AC Milan.The 31 year-old ex Real Madrid player,Micheal Essien has sucessfully made 9 appearances at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge this Season.
Micheal Essien's football transfer deal will be officially unveiled at AC Milan's San Siro on January 28,2013.
Chelsea's current coach,Jose Mouurinho posted on Chelsea,"The Blues" website,
"We would have been happy had he stayed because he is a fantastic player for the team. He has given everything for the club and a great chance arrived for his future.I know he can continue to play at high level and i wish him sucess and happiness in Italy[AC Milan & San Siro] and at the World cup in Brazil".
