Kanye West v. Paparazzi may cause Kanye to head to anger management therapy and probation for 24 months & perhaps be back to later re-punch Mr Ramos right eye!

We'd earlier reported that Kanye West's heading to the court for the paparazzi battery case in which he brutalised the photographer's camera and you may never know his kidney too...LOLz!

Mr. West as we all know is a really bad guy who makes a lot of deals; from endorsement deals to record label deals to marriage/prenup deals and errrr....battery case(s) deals too! he has finally cut a deal on the battery case against videographer Daniel Ramos, who stepped pretty HARD on his's BIG TOES.

Kanye West on the paparazzi case agreed to 24 whopping sessions of anger management therapy, 250 crazy hours of community service and 24 months of probation to wipe of the case from his record and become a renewed or born-again soul.

He pleaded no-contest to misdemeanor battery from the gory beat 'im up incident that happened in July when Kanye beat up/battered the paparazzi, Daniel Ramos soooo BADly.

He wasn't even at the courthouse in eL lAy rather he was errr...maybe smoking Kim's sexy bod in BED!

The Yeezus rapper also made a plea in exchange for having the attempted grand theft charge being dropped and he was placed on 24 months informal probation.

Kim Kardashian's fiance was also asked not to ruffle feathers with the photographer again coupled with the fact that he, Kanye West a.k.a Yeezy would pay for the camera and any medical bills Daniel Ramos faced after an ambulance came to rescue the lazy guy's left eye from Kanye's heavy advances to his already battered face.

Also according to the reports gathered,
Ramos was in court and asked that West be sent to jail. He argued that he had suffered 'trauma' at the hand of North's father. Emotional injuries were also claimed. The photographer will be filing a civil suit against Kanye with lawyer Gloria Allred.
The photographer also said something that we also really think seems true, he said Kanye West's battery case or involvement with him was used as a promotional tool to promote his album, Yeezus.
