Kanye West v. Paparazzi : Case #1 COURT!

Let's hope Kanye doesn't get another $250k snuffed out of him as he's planning for his wedding and he needs $$$!

According to reports, the Kanye West and paparazzi criminal battery case is either going to be heard today in a court in Los Angeles, eL lAy today or Kanye West will formally enter a plea with the battered photographer and his attorney.

Flashback of the whole Kanye West and paparazzi battery case HERE -- Kanye West was said to have allegedly pounced on the paparazzi as he was exiting the airport with a bodyguard and paramedics had to be called to the gory scene as Kanye shoved the photographer, yelled at him and took time to carefully punch open the brains and perhaps the left eye of the paparazzi.

According to a press release, a plea deal of perhaps another $250,000 has being reached since the paparazzi and his attorney will be present in court today to finalise issues issues if Kanye enters a plea.

The paparazzi and his attorney would hold a short conference on the whole "Kanye West and Paparazzi" case after the sentencing or after the case is set for trial.

But guys, you see the AHH-mazing fact is Kanye doesn't really need to be in the law court although he has a right to and so he can still be chilling in the studio with Puerto Rican babes and later in Kim's bossoms while the battered Pap drags his feet all over the court premises for maybe another 250,000.......dope $$$!
