You don't really need to talk before you are heard?!Can be Krazzzy sometimes!

Facebook Inc. bidded $19 billion for the fast-mobile messaging startup WhatsApp and BlackBerry ltd. shares literarily 'DIED' of heart attack!

The Facebook Inc. deals sent shares in Blackberry up as much as 9 percent in trading as after the bell there wwazzz a rough valuation metric around the smartphone maker's BlackBerry Messenger [BBM].

What do WE know?!

Absolutely NOTHING than to change our DP!

LOLz!BlackBerry's crying!

BlackBerry Messenger or BBM was a pioneering mobile-message sending service but has got lesser users compared to the LARGE number of WhatsApp users party because BlackBerry has refused to make the BBM app available on other platforms.

We're beginning to love this!,More details below..........

WhatsApp has a user base of 450 million Nigerians people in the world and has grown rapidly.WhatsApp works on Apple Inc's IOS platform, Google Inc's platform and the dominating Android operating system powered by both BlackBerry and Windows operating system.

WhatsApp Is Really Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrd News For BlackBerry Messenger[BBM]!!!!!

BlackBerry still remains popular although BlackBerry devices have 'CRACKED' in popularity.BlackBerry made a 'medicine after death' decison last year when the Ontario based company finally made the BlackBerry Messenger App[bbm] available to iPhones and Android users platforms.

Guess what?!

BlackBerry Messenger,BBM currently has 80 million active users!

Investors have however valued BlackBerry Messenger little compared to WhatsApp.Investors valued BlackBerry Messenger[BBM] at merely $240 million or $3 per user, while Facebook Inc. values WhatsApp at $42 per user and so the Investors are giving a rethink abot re-valuing their BlackBerry Messenger[BBM] shareholding(s).

Their are speculations or rather rumours LOLz! that the parent company,BlackBerry would sell perhaps a unit, part of WHOLE of BlackBerry Messenger[BBM] but the Chief Executive,John Chen said BBM still remains a core asset to the company BlackBerry.

After surging as high as $9.82 in post-market trading on the Nasadaq soon after WhatsApp deal wazzz announced shares in BlackBerry seetled at around $9.54 almost 6 percent above their closing price of $9.01 a share.

We smell BAD LUCK for BlackBerry #SupportBlackBerry #FundRaising #LOL
