Jay Z is not responding to $600m lawsuit over Brookyln Nets trademark issue because...he may be BROKE!

According to reports gathered, the CEO of Bronx, Dr. Francois de Cassaggnol filed a $600m lawsuit against Jay Z and NBA for the violation of the name Brooklyn Nets and NOW Jay Z isn't even responding to the lawsuit filed as the whole case [the $600m lawsuit against Jay Z and NBA] is even going unaddressed. De Cassagnol has filed new court documents that claim Jay Z is in 'default' and his co-defendants of legal 'mischief.'
The plaintiff and Bronx entrepreneur, Dr. Francois de Cassagnol allegedly got 'no response' following his January 23 service of his complaint to Jay Z’s 40/40 Club in Manhattan.
"Thereby Mr. Carter was in full default," Francois de Cassagnol claimed, "and I've requested for this court to act accordingly."
He wants to "serve the rapper with a certificate of default,"
The Empire State Of Mind singer sold his shares of the team to Jason Kidd in 2013.
The Brooklyn Nets used to be the New Jersey Nets, but the name was changed in 2012 when they moved back to New York.
But the husband of Beyonce - together they have daughter Blue Ivy - still owns a percentage of the Nets’ home, Barclays Center.
De Cassagnol also insisted the NBA has not behaved either.
He accused them of having "done every human effort NOT to get service" of the lawsuit.
He claimed he has been given incorrect addressed to send mail to.
He also said the NBA has asked for an extension before going to court but he doesn't think they deserve one because they have been evading him.
"For the last 10 years I've continuously reached out to these folks and in return all I got is insult after insult," he said.
"Now it’s time to go on trial to finally resolve these issues... based on the mischief …I had no intention of extending any time extension for the defendants…. It’s time for these folks to start following the rules like everyone else."
De Cassagnol also said these alleged staling methods have only brought him more pain as his wife fights cancer.

Kanye West v. Paparazzi may cause Kanye to head to anger management therapy and probation for 24 months & perhaps be back to later re-punch Mr Ramos right eye!

We'd earlier reported that Kanye West's heading to the court for the paparazzi battery case in which he brutalised the photographer's camera and you may never know his kidney too...LOLz!

Mr. West as we all know is a really bad guy who makes a lot of deals; from endorsement deals to record label deals to marriage/prenup deals and errrr....battery case(s) deals too! he has finally cut a deal on the battery case against videographer Daniel Ramos, who stepped pretty HARD on his's BIG TOES.

Kanye West on the paparazzi case agreed to 24 whopping sessions of anger management therapy, 250 crazy hours of community service and 24 months of probation to wipe of the case from his record and become a renewed or born-again soul.

We think Kanye and Chris Brown are gonna be meeting in HELL!, more details below....

He pleaded no-contest to misdemeanor battery from the gory beat 'im up incident that happened in July when Kanye beat up/battered the paparazzi, Daniel Ramos soooo BADly.

He wasn't even at the courthouse in eL lAy rather he was errr...maybe smoking Kim's sexy bod in BED!

The Yeezus rapper also made a plea in exchange for having the attempted grand theft charge being dropped and he was placed on 24 months informal probation.

Kim Kardashian's fiance was also asked not to ruffle feathers with the photographer again coupled with the fact that he, Kanye West a.k.a Yeezy would pay for the camera and any medical bills Daniel Ramos faced after an ambulance came to rescue the lazy guy's left eye from Kanye's heavy advances to his already battered face.

Ramos was in court and asked that West be sent to jail. He argued that he had suffered 'trauma' at the hand of North's father. Emotional injuries were also claimed. The photographer will be filing a civil suit against Kanye with lawyer Gloria Allred.
The photographer also said something that we also really think seems true, he said Kanye West's battery case or involvement with him was used as a promotional tool to promote his album, Yeezus.

We think the next time you might be seeing Chris Brown outta rehab jail, you may have to cut off your pointed pink nose because....Breezy would only be taking his bath once every two days and his armpit woud stink like burnt fried-rice!

Kanye West v. Paparazzi : Case #1 COURT!

Let's hope Kanye doesn't get another $250k snuffed out of him as he's planning for his wedding and he needs $$$!

According to reports, the Kanye West and paparazzi criminal battery case is either going to be heard today in a court in Los Angeles, eL lAy today or Kanye West will formally enter a plea with the battered photographer and his attorney.

Flashback of the whole Kanye West and paparazzi battery case HERE -- Kanye West was said to have allegedly pounced on the paparazzi as he was exiting the airport with a bodyguard and paramedics had to be called to the gory scene as Kanye shoved the photographer, yelled at him and took time to carefully punch open the brains and perhaps the left eye of the paparazzi.

According to a press release, a plea deal of perhaps another $250,000 has being reached since the paparazzi and his attorney will be present in court today to finalise issues issues if Kanye enters a plea.

The paparazzi and his attorney would hold a short conference on the whole "Kanye West and Paparazzi" case after the sentencing or after the case is set for trial.

But guys, you see the AHH-mazing fact is Kanye doesn't really need to be in the law court although he has a right to and so he can still be chilling in the studio with Puerto Rican babes and later in Kim's bossoms while the battered Pap drags his feet all over the court premises for maybe another 250,000.......dope $$$!

Well according to US National Books Critics Circle Awards Americanah is not just any book as the author of Americanah, Chiamanda Adichie bagged the US National Books Critics Circle Awards for the same book Americanah by Chiamanda Ngozi Adichie.
Chiamanda Adichie gave the tip during an interview on entertainment web-series, Arise Entertainment 360 published on YouTube Thursday.
According to Adichie, the collaboration will have to do with her 2013 novel, Americanah.

“I’m going to do the mysterious thing and say that Lupita might be making an announcement sometime soon – I don’t know. That announcement might be about Americanah – I don’t know,” she said coyly.

Adichie disclosed that Nyong’o was a very early fan of Americanah. “Before she was sort of well-known like she is now [ #FillInTheGap ] she wrote me the loveliest email; very long and passionate email about Americanah.”
The critically-acclaimed book, which was selected as one of the 10 Best Books of 2013 by the editors of the New York Times Book Review, is a kind of romance novel about race relations in America from the point of view of a Nigerian transplant. It also highlights the lifestyle of the new Nigerian middle-class – mostly “post-democracy returnees” from the US and the UK.
On Friday, it won the National Books Critics Circle Award – one of the most prestigious literary prizes in the US, according to the UK Guardian.
The Entertainment 360 interview was, however, more focused on a soon-to-be-released movie based on Adichie’s novel, Half of a Yellow Sun.
The novel, which won the 2007 Orange Broadband Prize for Fiction – now called the Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction, was centered on the Nigerian Civil War. Popularly called the Biafran war, it took place from 1967 to 1970.
Although Half of A Yellow Sun brought her lots of accolade and firmly placed her on the world literary stage, Adichie, however, noted that when she started writing the novel people who cared about her didn't think it was a good idea.

“Because you are writing about the Biafran war, which is very much a contested part of (Nigerian) history. And which isn't “cool.” And which at the time wasn't Darfur. Because Darfur was kind of the sexy thing to– If you are going to do Africa, you have got to do Darfur,” she explained.

She also stated that she wrote about the war in order to start a conversation on it among her generation.

“I wanted to write about it because it’s also part of my family history. My grandfather died in a refugee camp and for me, the book has so much resonance and power. It’s not just a novel.
